This book consists of four parts. In the first part, the religious aspect of forgiveness is highlighted and the definitions of core terms such as “reconciliation” and “forgiveness” are presented. The second part discusses the relationship between forgiveness and religion and public policy. The third part draws attention to the relation between reconciliation and forgiveness. The last part provides specific examples of the aforementioned topics to the situations in Ireland and Africa.
